What we print for cars

Functional parts for road, restoration and track. Tell us the temperature, load and fluid exposure and we will recommend the material and orientation.

01

Ducts and airflow

Brake cooling ducts, intake runners, vents and ducting with complex internal shapes that are costly to mould.

02

Brackets and mounts

Sensor, wiring and accessory brackets in carbon-fibre filled materials, designed around the load path and bolt pattern.

03

Sensor housings

Protective housings and connectors covers for the engine bay, with materials chosen for heat and oil exposure.

04

Interior trim and clips

Trim pieces, clips, knobs and covers in UV-stable ASA, matched to the original fit.

05

Restoration and obsolete parts

No tooling, no minimum order. We can reverse-engineer a worn part from the original or a scan.

06

Motorsport and jigs

Aero parts, driver-comfort pieces, fixtures and assembly jigs, turned around between race weekends.

The print farm

One part or a hundred. Same process.

Parallel capacity Batches are split across machines and printed at the same time, so quantity does not mean waiting in line.
Logged and repeatable Every build records the material lot, profile and machine, so a reorder prints the same as the first run.
Managed queue Urgent jobs jump the queue when a car is off the road or a race weekend is close.
How it works

From file to fitted

STEP 1

Send your file

Upload STEP, STL or 3MF. No CAD yet? Send photos and measurements, or the part itself.

STEP 2

Engineer review

We check wall thickness, orientation and material fit, then send a quote with any design notes.

STEP 3

Printed on the farm

Your job is scheduled across the farm and monitored through the build.

STEP 4

Finished and shipped

Support removal, finishing and inspection, then delivery to your workshop or door.

Materials

Pick for the environment

PPS-CF Stiff parts that must survive extreme heat and chemicals, such as engine-bay brackets and housings. Carbon-fibre filled PPS
PPS-GF Heat- and chemical-resistant parts that need toughness and stable dimensions. Glass-fibre filled PPS
ASA-CF Stiff exterior and under-bonnet parts that see sunlight and heat. UV stable, carbon-fibre filled
ASA-GF Tougher exterior trim, covers and housings. UV stable, glass-fibre filled
ABS General functional parts, interior pieces and prototypes. Easy to sand and finish
PETG Fit-check prototypes and low-temperature interior parts. Easy to print, good chemical resistance
TPU Grommets, seals, bushings and flexible covers. Flexible, abrasion resistant
PLA Concept models, display pieces and early fit checks. Fast and clean, low heat tolerance
